Lenka Kořínková became the new CEO of MY Park in April. Under her leadership, MY Park manages a EUR 260 million portfolio of retail properties, with operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where it plans to expand. It plans to invest in retail properties throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Kořínková has long been the project director of Zdeněk Šoustal's investment group, Reticulum, to which MY Park belongs.
In March 2023, MY Park acquired the retail portfolio of German Trei Real Estate in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It was the largest real estate deal of the year in Central Europe, with a total of 60 supermarkets and commercial properties and 10 retail parks. Under Kořínková's leadership, this retail portfolio was rebranded in the summer, from Vendo Park to MY Park.
Last year, MY Park also built a Billy store in Lipník nad Bečvou and at the end of the year acquired the Albert hypermarket in Tábor, where it plans to develop a retail park. The company's expansion is the main goal of Kořínková, who is responsible for property & asset management and development.
"After a year of transformation, MY Park is ready to expand its portfolio. We want to buy completed properties, develop new locations and continuously develop our own," Lenka Kořínková, CEO of MY Park, describes the expansion plans.
