The co-owners of Accolade have received the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in the national round of this global competition. They have become the 25th Czech recipients of this title, which honours outstanding business personalities. In June, they will also represent the Czech Republic at the world finals in Monaco.
Accolades is operating across 10 European countries. With its 36 industrial parks (portfolio value €1,92 billion) spread in Europe Accolade is driving regional growth and attracting global investors and businesses. Accolade has nearly 3500 investors and their parks show 98,2% occupacy rate with over 100 tenants.
The EY Entepreneur of the Year Award is a testament to the vision with which Zdendek and Milan lead the entire group. They believe their approach perfectly embodies one of the competition's main goals – to showcase outstanding personal examples in business and inspire young aspiring entrepreneurs.

The ability to bring top-tier companies with sophisticated operations and high-quality jobs to local markets, a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility, as well as the scale and European reach of our activities – all contributed to the decision to award the Czech title to Zdeněk and Milan.
